I recently acquired a Breville food steamer for my kitchen.
Excited, I tried a recipe from the recipes included in the manual: Prawn and rice balls.
I have to say, it was really yummy, the recipe called for bamboo shoots which added great texture.
I will be cooking from this book and posting the results.
The title translates as ‘simple! shocking! rice cooker cooking’
I call it ‘cooking challenge for the time challenged’ or something like that…
